I was pleasantly surprised, with what a gem I found. Dr. Jeffrey Harris was incredibly kind, through, and educated me on everything he was doing. You can tell he is dedicated and compassionate about his job. I have been wearing contacts/glasses for 18 years, I have never experienced great bedside care with so much education for my eye health. He explained every result for my annual exam in great detail.He also took his time to give me the best deal with eyeglasses and the best material/quality for my high prescription. Overall, one of my favorite optometrist to date.

My first time going there and my experience was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist was very sweet and professional as she also did the first part of my exam. Sorry I don't recall her name. Doctor Harris was great! Very professional and thorough from start to finish. He explained everything he was doing throughout the whole exam. Suzi was amazing and made the experience fun. She fully explained the challenges there maybe in the beginning adjusting to progressive lenses. Her and the receptionist both helped me pic out a cute pair of frames. Thank you Park Family Eye Care for making me feel so comfortable throughout it all! I definitely will be recommending you!

I recently visited Park Eye Care and had an outstanding experience with Dr. Park and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff always makes us feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed and personal, making our family feel at home. The Park family are professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, ensuring that all of my questions are answered and we feel confident about our eye care. The office was able to fit me in for an emergency exam today. Very much appreciated as this was a Friday and I wanted a diagnosis before the weekend. I've been a patient of Dr Bill Park for over 15 years. Dr Bill was off today, so I saw Dr Harris. Although I was nervous about seeing a different doctor, I was very pleased with Dr Harris. He took time to listen to my concerns. I left the office extremely pleased with the attention I received.

I called to ask for an appointment next day if possible for an eye concern, the receptionist was so nice letting me know prior that they had appointments all day but she would try to see a time I could be seen, even if there was a little wait. She was able to find a time I could be seen. The staff that works there are so friendly, and amazing. Dr. Lena Park listened to my concerns, examined my eyes, and gave recommendations for my issue. This is genuinely the best eye care facility I’ve ever gone to.
