They are always so friendly, my kids have a great time every time. Thankfully from the experience here they have no fear of the dentist, they beg to come in even. They have games and TVs and are so kid friendly.
If you need to take your kid to get their eyes checked and dental work done, this is the place for you! The front office ladies were so warm and welcoming! Callie, Allie, and Annabelle handle the front office so amazingly groovy! They make you feel comfortable and have everything accessible that you need in order to make the entire visit easy going and very professional. Alexandria was also very friendly with my son and made the appointment feel very fluid. She was very informative about how to handle anything we asked. Kimberly was an exceptionally delightful experience to have worked with us in getting checked out and helping us pick our frames. She was really friendly and I overall had a 10/10 experience. I HIGHLY recommend taking your children here to have their exams handled 😁
Absolutely love this place, my kids always feel so comfortable here. My son is autistic and they take him to a private room and do AMAZING with him, they make sure all questions are answered and all concerns are heard. Overall just a great experience everytime we come (:
I have been taking my two children here for years, and have always had a great experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful especially on the vision side. The front ladies over at vision were extremely supportive of my kids and I and overall we have had great experiences with both. Would recommend!
As a mom of a very strong-willed 3-year-old who can be a little… combative at the dentist 😅, I can’t say enough amazing things about the team at Park West Dental! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They handled my toddler with so much professionalism and warmth that what could have been a stressful visit turned into a surprisingly smooth and positive experience. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, reassuring, and clearly great with kids. It’s such a relief to find a dental office that truly cares and knows how to work with little ones. Highly recommend for any parents out there!
