After reading the reviews the night before my surgery I was a bit scared but honestly I believe people will find ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. Everyone was fast and efficient at their jobs from getting checking in to being wheeled back for surgery. I was taken very good care of here and even my family was pleased. Everyone complains about wait time because of how many patients there are but honestly I’d be more concerned if there were NO patients. Every single person from nursing staff including the techs, anesthesiologist, my surgeon and her team, the OR team and the students to very good care of me. Keep in mind this is a TEACHING hospital that’s how new doctors come about. Let’s try to be kind patient humans. I will continue to pray over the staff here and the hospital as a whole I feel like they have a bad reputation for no reason and I’m honestly grateful I trust my gut that everything would be okay.

I had a colonoscopy today(3/30/26) EVERYONE from the receptionist that checked me in to the young man that wheeled me out were SUPERB!!! It was my first time having one done, but the ENTIRE staff was very professional, comforting, informative, and put my mind at ease!

Wow after reading these reviews I hope they not being rude because I will call a meeting with the CEO real quick these patients haven't done anything they're sick trying to get help you'll shouldn't be being rude be Greatful that you have a job to pay your bills people shouldn't get into medical field if they're going to be rude it takes patience to work in the medical field of your not worthy find you another job or field praying for the staff.

Every time I make an appointment I have to wait two hours just to be seen. I just want my to work again and I can’t even see my doctor due to these long waiting times. If I schedule an appointment the doctors should be more punctual. They play with ppl time. I need to find a new doctor. I still can’t feel my fingers since 2023

I recently had gall bladder surgery at the Simmons Ambulatory Surgery Center. My appointment was at 7:30AM, but I was already in the treatment room by 6AM. They attended me promptly and professionally. Ann, the charge nurse, greeted me and was very kind as we began the visit. Dr. Turner, the attending surgeon, and the anesthesiologist were both very kind, patient, and answered all my questions...some before I even asked them! I haven't had many surgeries and so was a little anxious, but the entire staff - from the people who greeted me in the waiting room to the person who rolled me out to the waiting car - were warm, attentive, and consummately professional. I would not hesitate to go back to the Simmons Ambulatory Surgery Center for future procedures. Thank you all so much.
