Ummm absolutely my favorite eye glass store. It’s the only one that accepts my insurance for one. For two the staff is always super friendly l. Fast and reliable team. I got my glasses i really fast only felt like couple days
I was in and out for my eye appointment, then I searched for frames while they handled the insurance paperwork. Then we fitted the frames and I was out the door :) I like how the professionals here explain every step of the way, so I'm fully in the know at all times. They're open Saturdays and I love supporting my neighborhood ❤️
I went on to pick up my glasses. As I sat for the adjustment, they were still not fitting well. After an "adjustment" they were visibly crooked, she told me "It's YOUR FAULT cause you asked me to adjust them. After that, she told me " I don't FEEL like we can adjust them anymore. I asked "Why are we going on what you feel instead of what I feel since they are ony face, not yours"? Anyways, she made me feel like I was at blame. I just left withouty glasses fitting properly. I still have not used them. Gonna go to Costco as they said they can help me. Mind u, when I got there they just handed me my glasses over the counter Not used to this as every other place will sit down with you from the beginning when u pick up glasses. The Doctors were great. Please cancel my future appointment as I will not be going back! Took me a while to write this review as I wanted to respond not react . The one star is for the Doctors
As it has been twenty years since my last eye exam (having received Lasik surgery in my 20's), I knew my eyesight was getting bad (again), but I didn't realize how bad it actually is. Thankfully, Dr. Kim is a consummate professional whose knowledge and expertise are immediately obvious, once you begin speaking with her. With this clinic basically around the corner from home, choosing Parkrose Vision was a no-brainer for me, but I can say with confidence that anyone requiring ocular assistance need not look anywhere else.
i had such a great experience with my vision exam here! the tech was great, front desk was helpful and kind, and the doctor was so communicative! the doctor i saw was so warm and explained every part of my exam to me which helped me understand so much of what’s going on with my eyes and vision. So excited to have been able to go here with my insurance and I’ll definitely keep coming. Thanks y’all!
