Very friendly staff. Efficient and courteous. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to get called back. My Dr. was in to see me after my dilation was done. Answered all my questions. Happy with my visit.
Dr Nguyen was thorough, kind and gave great care. She had ideas about better products for me and I was very grateful for her knowledge. Her assistant was also wonderful.
I needed a basic eye exam. Everything was great. The visit from start to finish ran smooth. Front desk was great, medical assistants, and Dr McIntyre was wonderful. No complaints!
My entire first experience at EyeHealth Northwest was exceptional. From the front desk check in, to getting through a very reasonable wait time in a busy lobby, to my initial pre doctor screening to my time with Dr. Le I was very pleasantly impressed. My entire experience was with friendly assistance. Everyone was economically efficient but pleasant and thorough. Genuine interest in my eye health and explaining my situation and what was going on were felt. The plan for my future care was mapped out and very clearly detailed. I would definitely recommend this clinic, Dr. Le, and his staff.
I had a great experience yesterday at my new eye doctor appointment. The assistant was very thorough. I found Dr. McGlynn very nice and he explained everything. I found out that I do indeed need Cataract surgery... but I feel very comfortable going into that surgery because of how the doctor treated me.
