First thing I noticed when walking through the door was the warm atmosphere and kindness in this intimate yet professional setting. I was immediately greeted with excellent customer service and genuine care. Top to bottom my experience was outstanding and I have returned multiple times with inquiries that are always met with haste to provide solutions for. Pauline and Celeste are amazing and honestly if I was in this profession, this would be the place I'd wish to work in any capacity. Dr. Tran went above and beyond in showing me pictures of my eyes and explained aspects I previously had no knowledge of. It was educational and for her to take the time to explain things I didnt know about my eyes after decades of wearing glasses was tremendously interesting. I've brought them food as appreciation for their kindness and I always enjoy my time conversing with all of them. I'll be continuing my support of this premier establishment and it will be the only place I bring my business when regarding optometry. Cheers to all of you at Rose City Vision Care.
