Very knowledgeable and friendly staff on both the optometrist and glasses sides. Very kid friendly, the receptionist was especially nice to all three of our girls. Highly recommended location to visit!

My eye exam with Dr. Julia Lieu was great! Everyone was friendly and quick. I was able to fill out my intake paperwork, have my exam, and work with the retail side to pick out the perfect frames. Very smooth and efficient experience with a friendly, professional team!

I had a wonderful experience at the Lens Crafters in Cascade Station. The optometrist and her staff were very friendly and helped me find the right type of contacts for my difficult prescription. I will return to this location for my annual check up.

Usually a smooth checkin, not so much this time & a 20 minute wait because of it I believe. The location is easy to get to even when there's heavy traffic elsewhere. Nice that their office is inside the LenCrafters store. The Optometrist Dr. Lieu is wonderful and is why we continue to come to this location & keep up on the exams. ➕️ The Doctors work on Saturdays so that is a big plus!
