The best eye joint around! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Metsch’s for years. I was lucky to find him. He found some issues years ago that we treated and continue to monitor yearly. I’m treated so well every time I visit and never have to wait. The staff are always so pleasant . I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes, so , sorry to say Dr Metsch , you may never retire 🤣

Matt at Parrelli Optical goes over and above serving his customers. He made a special trip to the office on a day that it was closed so that I could have my contacts before going on vacation. So grateful for that type of service!! Thank Matt!!

I previously left a review and wanted to edit but I cannot see my first post. First time there was good, staff amazing & they made my cranky toddler feel calm. My second time today, a bit different. Toddler not so cranky but I was told that they had flexible frames (Mass Health) and that they thought about it only after I left the first time, when I was told they had no frames other than plastic ones. In order to switch id have to leave today empty handed and wait a few weeks, for the switch to a pair of frames that actually fit my son's face. The frames we got are way too big but when I went the first time, was told thats all they had unless I bought flexible ones from the display which I couldnt afford. By the time we got home, these frames are sliding off his face even after one adjustment and in store observation of him having them on. Do staff just tell you the frames fit when in fact they clearly are too big? They helped in getting him rubber pieces that go behind the ear but my son is autistic and has a sensitivity issue with them. The bands that go around do not fit the arms and with adjusting the wire, its a safety risk. Im quite disappointed that we even with concerns of them being too big for his face, the only answer was "he will grow into them" (as if a toddler kept a pair of plastic frames for 2 years without breaking them. Or I just have to go through the waiting process again for weeks and bring him back for a third time risking him having a meltdown. I should have been told flexible frames were available the FIRST time, not that it was an after thought when we left and there was no call to me to mention it in case I wanted to change it. It took picking up frames that didnt fit to be told.

Eye exam was normal. My experience in buying eyeglasses was a disaster. The left lens of my new eyeglasses kept popping out. I have made repeated visits to correct the problem. The staff was unresponsive and kept telling me that maybe I needed to buy another set of glasses. Cheap defective eyeglasses at high prices. Stay away
