Good morning, my visit on yesterday was very unpleasant. With the exception of two ladies who personal attended. I was made to feel if I didn't belong or even matter. Spoken to rudely by the person that checked me in. I completely filled out the online forms with all information about health, insurance, drivers license, medical etc.
Soon, as she opened the window she asked for drivers license/insurance. I informed her that has already been submitted, provided her with it any way.. If there was an issue there was enough time to reach out for any questions.
Then after x-ray, mouth exam,questions, denture selection package. And, very brief step in by the dentist who had questions about them not being able to reach my insurance. Was given the 800 number to call , by the dentist while sitting in the chair. He left the room and said give me a holler when you get the information. Made the call to my claim assistant she informed me that information i gave them matched what was on file at Blue Cross Blue Shield. She then asked to speak to someone in front desk,to explain it to her on my phone.
I stood in the doorway, there were people everywhere no confidently at all. Then,she told the lady who did my x-ray exam "can you tell her to go sit down back in her chair". Very rude. I asked for my phone back. That finished my visit so I walked out without any service at that visit and will not return 😕 there. I read reviews that completely misrepresents the atmosphere and most of the staff they were not friendly with me at all. There was a customer standing there laughing at me. Because she heard the whole thing. As well as the assistant claims agent on the call. She failed to hang up the phone before giving her coworker instructions for me.
