Dr. Hawks was wonderful! She took the time to explain every part of the eye exam and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and I felt well-cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!" The office is state-of-the-art, clean and modern.
Beautiful office. Easy to drive into and park in the lot. The ladies at the desk were so nice. The girl that took care of me before I got to see the doctor is the epitome of great customer service. She was so friendly and had the greatest smile. Didn't even feel like I was at a doctor office to be fair. The wait wasn't bad and the doctor was professional. Definitely will be returning for follow up visits.
I had a great visit with Dr. Montgomery. He is very good at explaining everything. The optical staff was very helpful in getting me setup with switching out lenses and frames.
From Reception all the way through the Doctor's exam was a wonderful experience. Everyone was welcoming and answered all of my questions. Dr Hawks was concerned with my whole wellbeing, not just my vision.
