Make sure u sign in on a little screen when u get here. They don't bother speaking to u or even look at u. I didn't notice the "sign in" screen, just picked out my frames after the eye exam. After several ppl came in I noticed someone use the sign in device, because I've been standing here for long time. Dr Wood was very nice & the ppl on that side r nice. Once u cross over to get ur glasses it's very impersonal. Will probably take my rx & go somewhere else. I've been here for 1hour & 45 minutes.

No need to wait weeks for an eye appointment! Got me in the next day, and they even have walk-in’s! Very friendly staff & doctor! Great prices too! Up to date, high tech equipment. I had never had my pressures done without drops, and the startling puff of air in the eyes, but definitely a better experience that way!

I will say the lady that helped us was great. But paid $350 for a pair of glasses that will take a week to get. Come on don't false advertise. Very very sad

I had a late appointment on a Saturday. I asked if they could possibly have my eyeglasses ready for me because I drive OTR and it would be weeks before I could be back to get them. Chris and Carrie stayed late and made my glasses and made sure they fit me and were correct for the prescription. Absolutely they made a difference in my world just by that small gesture. Thank you, they are perfect!!!!!
