Dr. Wong is AMAZING !!!!!!!!! A huge thank you to everyone at PeaceHealth ENT!! Having surgery was one of my biggest fears. Thank you for helping me overcome that, and giving me the ability to breathe through my nose again!! I appreciate everyone here for taking such good care of me during my surgery. I had deviated septum/sinus surgery since I could not breathe out of my nose due to breaking it, atleast 3 times over the last 10yrs. My quality of life has already improved just 1 week post op and getting the splints removed. My consult was with Dr. Mccarley, he was incredible and helped put my nerves at ease by showing me why I couldn't breathe.. I am very pleased with outcome of my surgery and can tell Dr. Wong did a phenomenal job since the pain and discomfort were minimal for what I was anticipating. The results speak for themselves. This experience has strengthened my confidence and gave me whole new respect for how amazing those in the medical field are for putting in the work, to have the ablity, to help others in such a profound way and make such a postive impact on people's lives!!

5 stars are for the amazing doctor that tended to my child, he is amazing everytime. The front desk staff deserve zero stars for their rudeness or racism, white people were greeted warmly. I wasn't even given a parking pass so i had to pay for my parking while others were offered a parking pass. I am always greeted so nicely at quest services but just a few floors down these people so rude.

Dr Christiansan is wonder of modern medicine, I was terrified of the surgery but he made me feel so much better before, during and after. His staff of amazing nurses and everyone else is top tear and they are so kind and caring and capable. My after care was because of him and his people. I was checked up on, phoned post surgery on multiple occasions. I had questions for endocrinologist and as usual not a single person in endocrinology (not ENT) would get back to me or have any clue what's going on. This is a major problem except for the fact that ENT Dr. Christiansan was there, always, always. He even adjusted my medication, which again endocrinologist Dr. was supposed to do. What I guess I'm trying to say is you rock Dr. Christiansan. Thank you.

I was experiencing near-constant nasal congestion but it was the weekly bloody nose that motivated me to seek treatment. My first appointment was August 12, 2025. Then came an MRI which diagnosed the actual problem (nasal polyps and deviated septum). Probably all the doctors there are awesome but, I feel fortunate to have Dr. Wong doing the work. He is a great doctor, and his nursing staff are equally inspired and just as awesome. Advice based upon experience: if you are not getting through on the phone, go into the office to ask about and establish the surgery appointments. There is something non-functional about their phone appointment system. SOME OF THEIR NUMBERS ACTUALLY COME UP AS "SUSPECTED SPAM". I asked about that and was told that was for patient privacy. :):) Point being, if you rely upon their phone system you probably won't get very far very fast. My surgery date finally came around on Monday 12-22-25. The hospital was nearly empty due to the holiday, which was rather nice. The surgery went well; the recovery was nearly intolerable due to large plastic things up my nose for over a week. It did not hurt. It was super-uncomfortable. Imagine a 2-inch cockroach gets stuck in each nostril and you have to wait for them to be removed :) :) After those were out, twice daily saline nasal rinses were essential to clearing out all the debris. It is amazing how much yucky stuff came out of my nose. I was not ready in advance for surgery. I was unable to get my prescriptions filled in advance. I should have had more fruits and yogurt on hand. Lucky that I have a reclining chair because I could not lie down to sleep for a week. Mostly, I under-estimated the difficulty of the surgery and subsequent recovery. Today, January 15, 2026 I had my final visit. My nose is functioning better than I can ever remember. No more nosebleeds. It was a very successful surgery, I am extremely happy I followed through with it.

I give you 2 stars because I was treated with respect and the wait time was minimal. However. The audiology test itself was a wash for me. I went in with a lump under the ear that left me with hearing that was impaired. There was no consideration for the pain I was having and causing my hearing loss. The audiologist was matter of fact and offered no conversation. He suggested I get hearing aides. I feel this diagnosis did not consider my condition. And. The test itself was outside the norm of what normal conversation and noise are in real life. Thinking back on the experience, I wish I had just walked out.
