Dr. Vanray has been an exceptional physician always friendly, reassuring, and highly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms, which truly sets him apart. My family and I will miss him greatly; he has been the best eye doctor we have encountered in Summit County and will be very difficult to replace. His departure is a significant loss, though Cambodia is fortunate to have him. Kelly, his new assistant, is also so wonderful, warm, welcoming, and a fantastic addition to the clinic.

The best eye doctor in Summit County, hands down. I struggle with a unique vision condition and Dr. Vanray has offered better care and support than the countless specialists I frequently see in the front range. While the appointments with my specialists are still needed, I'm so grateful to have someone I trust that is close to home, who can see me when something feels off. He provides excellent care, explains things in a way I can understand and treats me a like a human instead of just another patient. I have to see a lot of different doctors because of my condition and none of them provide the knowledge and care like Dr. Vanray.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Vanray and his staff. They are excellent. Timely. Thorough. Comprehensive understandable explanations at every step of the way. No pushing for you to choose their glasses or contacts. Alert to and willing to work around all billing and insurance issues (I have NEVER had a doctor’s office help on this issue). I watched how he dealt with a walk in patient with an eye injury when my eyes were being dilated. Dr. Vanray was welcoming and compassionate, instantly concerned with the man’s immediate comfort. I was so impressed. I have been coming here for years, continuing the relationship and driving up when we moved to Denver for 3 years. Just the absolute best!

Doctor was so kind to fit my husband into his busy schedule after he broke his glasses while we were on vacation! We are nothing but appreciative of him! Great service!
