I recently visited the Pearle Vision Center in the exchange complex at NAS North Island in Coronado. I was quickly greeted by Masyio who helped me throughout the entire process. Masyio was very helpful, personable, professional, efficient, and detail oriented through every phase of the process. She showed honest concern for my vision needs and explained all options available to me. She worked diligently to make sure I got the full benefit from my insurance, resulting in an excellent final cost for a great new frame and top of the line lenses. I highly recommend Masyio and this location for your vision needs!
I took my glasses in for a lens swap and to buy some cleaner. The store has a large selection for everyone. The employees are excellent. They are smart and know their jobs very well. They are quick to help. I could not ask for better visit and customer experience!
The personal were very nice and professional. Made my wife and I concerns felt heard. The employee Claire was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. Exceeded all expectations.
