I had a great experience at this location. The exam was thorough and efficient. Something I really loved was how I was treated by the staff! Over the phone, everyone was so friendly and helped answer all of my questions. I didn't expect it to be even better in person! At no point did I feel rushed to pick a frame or pressured to make a decision. I even ended up getting a pair of sunglasses because my experience was so positive. When I came in to pick up my glasses, the staff recognized me and made sure I felt welcomed. I will definitely be back for the high quality service and positive staff! They also had an excellent selection of frames, and customization options for lenses. If you're looking for somewhere new, I would highly recommend this location!

They close the store randomly and post notices on the door. I went 3 times to pick up my daughter's glasses and they had notes on the door stating it was closed, which contradicted posted open hours. I ordered glasses for my daughter and when we picked them up a completely different pair was given to us. When my daughter and I told them that wasnt what we ordered, they tried to gaslight us. "You must have forgotten what you ordered". When I told them we need them to replace the frames with what my daughter ordered, we were met with attitude by the manager who said "now we have to eat the costs". All I wanted was to find out where the error was, and to help my sweet daughter find a replacement. But instead they were combative and said they were going to pull up security footage. Do not recommend. Some employees are super kind, and management is rude. Go elsewhere.

The staff were professional and kind. The doctor took his time and was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable for the first time having an eye exam. Other places felt rushed but this place felt welcoming and genuinely cared about my eye health.

Sara is the most spectacular optician I’ve ever worked with. I saw her handle a difficult patient with pose and ease. I see the same patient in these Google reviews and she and being terrible to Sara! I have never seen such grace under fire. Love my glasses!

They were able to get me in same day for exam and were fast and friendly. I was able to order glasses and contacts easily and given a few trials to hold me over until my order comes. Decent pricing.
