Linda was absolutely amazing! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure my prescription was corrected perfectly. The atmosphere at this location always feels like home. Everybody is always genuinely helpful and pleasant. Ms. Bonnie and Jubes made my experience memorable. Can't say enough about this store. Tip jars for EVERYBODY!!! They are phenomenal!!!
I love Pearle Vision located across the street from Southlake Mall. Ryan was such a jewel with his professionalism and politeness. Thank you. SaRaya is THE BEST!!. She makes sure that our glasses are a great fit, she's professional, always pleasant and greets you with a smile. I love the other staff as well. Thank you all for always providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to me and my children.
Linda is great. She is very knowledgeable. Soraya broke my husband's frames and of course we had to pay a deductible to fix them. She was trying to fix but if you dont know what you are doing, dont do it. And she never apologized. Had a very unfriendly demeanor maybe she was tired...I would only recommend you work with Ms. Linda.
I had a great experience here!! Everyone upon walk in was extremely helpful and patient with me. My favorite was definitely Natalie she is the best!!! She was so sweet to me and explained everything in detail. I left with a more clear understanding on my vision and she saved me a lot of money compared to the other eye doctor offices I’ve visited previously. Definitely will be returning again and again!
