Superior service. Margarita started the exam and was proficient and efficient! Dr.Sheladia was kind and explained everything thoroughly. Cesar was so helpful and friendly! I thought I would have a so-so experience because it’s part of a chain. I was wrong. I had a fantastic experience with all of the staff. Great place for your eye care.
My daughter and I truly appreciate how thorough the staff and doctors are during our exams. The staff is so friendly every time we walk in. I must specifically mention how Iris is incredibly personable and a joy to speak with. She always explains what my coverages and out of pocket expenses will be in detail, along with any instructions tailored to our needs. Thank you to the Pearle Vision team for always making us feel welcomed and comfortable.
5 ⭐️ Dr Anderson is great! Knowledgeable and so chill it makes your visit easier and makes you feel comfortable. Also, one of the receptionists, I believe her name is Isela. She was very patient and polite answering my questions. I’m not consistent with my visits but this is the only office I go to 👍🏽
Everyone is always professional, patient, and have friendly customer service skills when come visit especially from Caesar when he helps me out with any questions or concerns I have.
