Pearle Vision

Experience with the optometrist was great, she was thorough and informative. The glasses buying experience was the complete opposite. The older heavy set woman that everyone complains about was a nightmare to deal with. She was condescending and even laughed at me when a question was being asked. There were frames that weren't in store that I wanted to order but was told if they're not in store that day then they can't be ordered because of insurance which I knew wasnt true. One of the most unhelpful people I have had to deal with. Went to Lenscrafter downstairs even though they are out of network and they were able to order the frames I wanted without laughing at me.

Used to have good service. Recently the front desk employees have been just unhelpful, unknowledgeable, rude, and unpleasant. I’ve always used this Pearle Vision, but no longer. Luckily there’s many other places to go that probably have better customer service than this Quakerbridge location.

Had an all around good visit. The Dr. was patient and thorough. I felt in good hands. Then the store workers were very friendly and helpful. I will use them again.

I tired calling several times, left a message no one got back to us. I drove to make the appointment when I get there's a out for lunch sign. Be back at 1o'clock. It was 1:40. The receptionist was as rude as they come not only to me but to two other customers also.

I wanted to share my experience during my recent visit to your location. I have been a loyal customer of Pearle Vision since 2019 and have always appreciated the quality of service provided. In the past, I was always warmly welcomed by Melanie, who was incredibly kind and professional. During my most recent visit, however, I had a disappointing interaction with one of the staff members—an older white lady—who was quite rude and unprofessional in her behavior. I felt very uncomfortable with the way she treated me. Thankfully, the manager, Bill, stepped in and handled the situation with great care and professionalism. He ensured I was taken care of, and I truly appreciated his support. I believe in giving honest feedback so improvements can be made where necessary, and positive behavior can also be recognized. I hope this helps your team continue providing the excellent service I’ve come to expect from Pearle Vision.
