Pearle Vision

There are a LOT of places you can go in order to get prescription glasses but this was by far one of the best experiences I've had to date. Even when I needed alterations to my prescription, the staff here went through hell and high water to ensure I was happy with the results and I am. I went in yesterday to pick my glasses up and as SOON as I put them on, I knew these were the ones for me! I wouldn't have found a pair that truly fit me, especially with my insurance anywhere else, and I know because I looked! I'll probably never go to another optometrist or retailer after that. Their manager Mr. Nasar made sure at every turn I was taken care of, true to the name origin, my divine aid in the hunt for the perfect frames!

This was a great healthcare experience. This was one of few places that actually accepted my insurance. They got me an appointment relatively quickly and made the digital paperwork easy to complete in advance. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival, the staff was super friendly, the doctor did a really great job at explaining/visually showing things in patient-centric language, and I thought their equipment and testing methods were a bit more advanced than what I have encountered in the past elsewhere. Although they did obviously offer glasses for purchase there, they weren’t pushy about me purchasing them. The office just had “good energy.”

Great service from start to finish! I came in to pick up my glasses and everyone was super nice and helpful. They adjusted them for me, made sure they fit comfortably, and answered any questions I had. The whole process was quick and smooth. Love my new glasses and appreciate how kind the staff was. Highly recommend!

My very first time visiting Pearl Vision for a routine examination. I was welcome with a smile and assisted in my request for being there. Everything went smoothly from the intake desk, examination area to making suggestions I seek out a pair of reading glasses or sunglasses. I will be back to purchase my glasses. The people there are very nice, and the appointment was pretty guick. Dr. Shepard was really kool. And the woman by the frames who helped me with picking out my frames that were within my budget, was also very nice. Unfortunately they don't have many choices for simple black rectangular frames and was my reason for taking a star. Also, I was hoping the Dr. Would email me the picture of my eye scan that I asked for, but he never sent it. Over all though, it was a good visit.
