There are a LOT of places you can go in order to get prescription glasses but this was by far one of the best experiences I've had to date. Even when I needed alterations to my prescription, the staff here went through hell and high water to ensure I was happy with the results and I am. I went in yesterday to pick my glasses up and as SOON as I put them on, I knew these were the ones for me! I wouldn't have found a pair that truly fit me, especially with my insurance anywhere else, and I know because I looked! I'll probably never go to another optometrist or retailer after that. Their manager Mr. Nasar made sure at every turn I was taken care of, true to the name origin, my divine aid in the hunt for the perfect frames!

This was a great healthcare experience. This was one of few places that actually accepted my insurance. They got me an appointment relatively quickly and made the digital paperwork easy to complete in advance. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival, the staff was super friendly, the doctor did a really great job at explaining/visually showing things in patient-centric language, and I thought their equipment and testing methods were a bit more advanced than what I have encountered in the past elsewhere. Although they did obviously offer glasses for purchase there, they weren’t pushy about me purchasing them. The office just had “good energy.”
Great service from start to finish! I came in to pick up my glasses and everyone was super nice and helpful. They adjusted them for me, made sure they fit comfortably, and answered any questions I had. The whole process was quick and smooth. Love my new glasses and appreciate how kind the staff was. Highly recommend!
My very first time visiting Pearl Vision for a routine examination. I was welcome with a smile and assisted in my request for being there. Everything went smoothly from the intake desk, examination area to making suggestions I seek out a pair of reading glasses or sunglasses. I will be back to purchase my glasses. Thank you for assisting me. I appreciate it.
I decided to go to this place because the former one I was going to no longer excepts my insurance. Scheduling was easy on the website which was convenient and received confirmation via text. The doctor and the fitters were nice and helpful. My appointment was on April 6th and unfortunately I couldn’t pay the remaining balance my card wasn’t working. I got picked up and I said someone else can pay it. Was told directly that “it’s fine” and basically that (I don’t have to pay not you will still have to pay or that it will try again tomorrow). I was still unsure about this but decided to forget about it. Fast forward to the 13th of April I received an explanation of Benifits from eyemed about a balance. I also received a text message from pearl vision on May 11th stating I owe $22.00 (i understand it’s not a lot of money) that’s not the issue. I called regarding this and whoever answer didn’t understand that I was told I didn’t have to pay she stated basically “you will still have to pay it” all I was trying to convey was that (I should have not been told this) and I was like okay I will pay it have a nice day. She has a bad attitude for not genuine reason. It’s very unprofessional to bill anyone days or weeks or longer after an appointment, it should be immediately a day after to bill someone again. if failed previously or message about using another payment method. It’s just unprofessional and should be considered for future appointments of patients.
