I love Pearl Vision, service is always great! Josephine was seriously so sweet, patient, and super helpful! She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and made the whole process super easy. Dr. Brachmanski was also really nice and took the time to explain everything about the tests since I was curious, which was cool! The whole staff at this location is just amazing, everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and cheerful every time I come in. It’s such a happy, positive vibe here! Pearl Vision of Orland Park is the best. I always love coming here. I recently came in to browse for new glasses and enjoyed working with Samir. I was very impressed with all his knowledge about eye care, especially helping me pick the perfect glasses and helped explain my vision insurance. He knew exactly what eye wear would benefit my needs The entire store staff and doctors are all amazing and welcoming as well. I always look forward to my annual visits. Ask for Samir if you can, he knows his stuff and he is very pleasant to work with, funny as well lol you won’t be disappointed!

Just had the best experience at this location. Samir was knowledgeable and patient. I struggle to pick out glasses and he was right there guiding me on what we thought looked best. We actually went with a pair he picked out! I’m extremely happy with the customer service provided and will continue to come to this location. Dr Mary Jo was also great kept me informed the whole time and explained everything to me.

I had an outstanding experience during my recent eye exam. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a warm, friendly, and professional environment that immediately made me feel comfortable. The entire process was incredibly efficient. I was seen promptly, and the appointment was well organized without feeling rushed. The staff was courteous, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service.

I am loyal to this location because of the excellent care and customer service. I receive consistently. Nadine was awesome and listened to my needs, desires and concerns. She helped me choose an awesome pair of glasses. I appreciated my interaction with Nadine as well as the Receptionist and Dr. I will be back again and again. You can't put a price on excellent customer service and this location nails it!
