Super easy to make appointment. Booked online. I had Dr. Matt Pierson and then Tori helped me find frames afterward. Very professional, quick service (I only waited a minute or so) and even though the collection looked like ritzy brand names (Versace, etc), they had inexpensive affordable frames that looked great and were basically fully covered by my VSP insurance. After trying a few different eye doctors in the last few years, I finally found one I'll go back to
Just visited Pearl Vision after a two year gap. Service was outstanding. Front desk operated fast & friendly. Denise even walked us through our new insurance coverage. Doctor's insights were wonderful. Both of us learned new things about the health of our eyes and what to expect in the next years.
The woman who helped me decide on my glasses was great..... had all the info and wasn't pushy at all. She was also the person I had dealt with over the phone.... helpful and very efficient!
I was cleaning and splashed some bleach in the corner of my eye. Just to be safe, I wanted to have it looked at. Even though Pearle Vision was closing soon when this incident happened to me they made the time to check my eye out for me and make sure all was well. I greatly appreciate the help I received here on such short notice!
