Visited cardiologist, good parking, easy to find, several Dr.'s in clinic building. Taken to exam room in reasonable time, but Dr. Took exceptionally long time to come in, was about to leave as I allow approx. 45 minutes for service or I leave. This was only one visit, I will give a second chance. Dr. Was pleasent and knowledgeable. No problem there.

I love the ambiance of this place, it is beautiful and very relaxing. There are multiple businesses inside. We were there for lab testing. Everything went smoothly and the color scheme kept the feeling stress-free. Riding up to the building gave me St. Elsewhere vibes. 😁👍
I left this place due to the incompetence of the Doctors. If I scheduled an appointment at 3:30pm, I would wait at least 2 hours until I was seen. I had gone to this facility since inception and as time moved forward it became worse. So I left never to return and have found better care elsewhere. Good Luck to who decides to go there. Pat
I was not impressed with the Urgent Care facility. A little over a year ago I was pregnant and had the worse back pain. The staff was friendly enough, however for being the only client in the office and having to wait for over 2 hours just to find out they could do nothing because I needed a doctors approval for a X-ray scan (though I gave them my consent, not knowing I was actually having a miscarriage at the time, they refused) waste of time. I was there for almost 3 hours after said and done, still in much pain that I could barely walk, I was sent home. I was given nothing for the pain but to make an appointment with one of the local Doctors (whom was not available for another two weeks!) I saw my OB doctor the following week, not thinking my back pain was related to my pregnancy (I was only 12 weeks at the time). If only the Urgent Care would have done an ultra sound, I would have found out what the problem was sooner and could have taken something for the pain!.
Initial doctors visit in September was good. Dr Stephen Lemos was great. However I've been trying to schedule an ACL surgery since late October and I have no idea why but they deny to schedule me or give me ANY info. I just simply want to know if my doctor Stephen Lemos is even scheduling to do surgeries. Each time I'm forwarded to their scheduler who so far never answered or called back after leaving a message. When speaking to the office lady Julie over the phone she's very kind every single time. But I can't be anything but disappointed with how I am given the same answer every week, "Oh yea sure we'll get that info for you and call back" and never hear a word from them each time. Wish they could tell me if they're not scheduling or not so I could've found a different doctor earlier. Not sure if it's disorganized or they simply didn't want to help me out.
