As soon as I walked in as a new customer, Karen, the owner made me feel very welcome. She was so friendly and helpful getting me registered. When it came time to see Dr. DeSautel, I was so impressed with her competence and the thoroughness of her exam. She performed tests that I had never had done before. In the end, I've got a new contact prescription that has improved both my near and far vision. I cannot recommend this business more enthusiastically. Thank you both so much!

I absolutely love coming here. I'm a lifelong glasses wearer and have been to many different eye doctors, Dr. DeSautel is simply the best across the board! I never feel rushed through an eye exam and she does a great job of explaining what she's looking for and why, which is something I've hardly encountered with other eye docs. I like that I can book an appointment online and there are always openings within a few days. Karen at the front desk is also very helpful and personable. I highly recommend Dr. DeSautel & her team at this location!

This is BY FAR the best vision practice I've ever used. They do great work with kids and they go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. Twice now, I've come in because of a torn contacts and they've been able to help me get them replaced the same day. 10/10 would recommend.

I've never written a review before but our experience with this location was outstanding and I felt the need to share. My wife had an exam and ordered glasses here a couple of weeks ago. We were both really impressed with the service. The check in process was very smooth and very efficient. Within 5 minutes of arriving, my wife had her forms completed on a tablet and was started with her eye exam. No waiting for the doctor at this place! Dr. Desautel was friendly and professional - I'll be requesting her for my exam myself. The owner, Bill, helped us choose frames. He took the time to advise us on what to look for and what to avoid based on my wife's strong prescription. He explained our complicated insurance benefits in a way even we could understand (no easy feat!). We appreciated his down to earth approach and we never felt pressured to buy anything, just well informed. This location is a gem. They were respectful of our time while being thorough.
