Good experience generally, staff was good with the kids. There was a minor miscommunication on the phone re. insurance but staff handled it well. Friendly professional service overall.
Very helpful staff. I was able to schedule an appointment same day (Thursday). Doctor and staff were very helpful . I even needed a form filled out and signed and they were able to turn that around in just a few hours. They have a good selection of glasses and seem to take most insurance. Convenient location in the Outlet Stores area.
While it may feel odd to say that this was the best eye exam experience I have ever had, that is my experience. Newer technology, by my past experience, that was easier to use on the front end and the eye doctor seemed to explain things simply and take a genuine interest in my overall eye health. Even when purchasing glasses, they explained clearly what each available add-on did and how it would help. They even explained what might be beneficial in the future.
So friendly…so thorough…. Can depend on an honest opinion on how the frames look on you, not the most expensive!! Always checking for a deal that might help you with the cost. Would go nowhere else!
This is my second time visiting this location, and I am always happy with the service. From the exam to the product selection, the staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Great experience and we will continue to come back.
