From Luke's warm greeting and excellent testing to the Doctor's professional evaluation and informative explanations, the visit was just what I wanted. But the "cherry on the top", so to speak, waste associates who helped me find my Eyewear. They were sincere and HONEST in what needed and what looked good on me.

My visit was great! I especially appreciated Luke’s fun vibe. He made the experience fun. The ladies who helped me pick frames were so good! Don’t remember names unfortunately. My doctor was great. Only complaint was doctor scolding employee for a computer situation. That should not have taken place in front of patient.

Visited Sat 6/27: I normally go to the Pearle Vision location in St. Pete, but since they were booked, I decided to cross the bridge and visit the South Tampa office—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The gentleman who checked me in (and also handled my initial eye exam and evaluation—I wish I could remember his name) was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. The optometrist was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He answered my questions, made the exam quick without ever feeling rushed… and I have to say, he has an impressive head of hair too! 😂 The woman who checked me out and ordered my contact lenses was equally kind and courteous, making the entire visit seamless from start to finish. It’s refreshing to experience such consistently great customer service from every person you interact with. I would absolutely return to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, professional eye care team.

Eye exam was awesome, doctor was so great and the front desk staff was amazing. Felt great about all of that and so informative. The purchasing glasses portion was super uncomfortable. I was only going to get reading glasses and my insurance covered the cost of frames, but I was still going to have to pay $200 on top of that. The extra charges from my insurance were not explained to me, the salesperson was only writing them out to train a new staff member. When I asked about them, the answers were very short and they were clearly annoyed. When I said I’m just going to wait on the readers, the entire demeanor got even worse and they ripped up my insurance paperwork in front of me while I was still asking questions, and threw it in the trash. I was like do I have access to that information on the portal? They said “nope”. It was kind of shocking how the second I said maybe I’ll wait, the attitude was aggressively annoyed. I just said thank you and walked away. Maybe if I had been walked through what all the extra charges were and how that works, it would’ve made me feel better. I definitely would never come back to even get the readers now bc it was so uncomfortable and inappropriate.

Awesome experience. The girl that helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The eye Dr was also great. I will never go to any other optical, not just because of their employees but because of their wonderful selection of frames. I expended a little more than I was planning but I am satisfied and happy about my new glasses.
