Pearle Vision

Had a fantastic experience at the Buffalo Grove Pearl Vision. I first called the Wheeling but they didn't have great availability. Buffalo set an appointment very quickly! Dr. Kugel was very knowledgeable. Elena set my appointment and I received probably the best customer experience from Sultan. He was helping me from start to finish. Everyone there is very passionate about what they do and they're good at it. I would say their customer service is what sets them apart from other places. Would highly recommend. Solid team - ready to help at Buffalo Grove. My glasses were pricey but very CUTE designer glasses 🤓! Sultan helped me pick them out. Stop looking at reviews and just go here! You won't be disappointed!

Highly, HIGHLY recommend visiting this Pearl Vision location in Buffalo Grove. Had a glasses “emergency” for my daughter and happened to be in the area. Sultan (the store manager) and Elena (sales associate) were beyond helpful, and extremely knowledgeable to prevent any further damage or issues to the glasses. Sultan was patient and explained everything before an after he fixed them. They welcomed us on the phone and the in store experience was 10/10. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area, and would consider making the trip for the fantastic customer service. Thank you again. A+ team!!

Service & doctor is good but doctor needs to give report immediately instead of asking Glass assistant to provide the same bcz it should be patient's choice whether they want to make glass from same shop or at other. Glass shop assistance tells that he will email the prescription but never sent unless you follow-up with him again. It looks like he doesn't like if ask him to email the prescription. Doctor needs to look into this and fix this issue

Great location from the doctor to the techs! Very caring and thorough. Easy to make an appointment- everything explained and great communication. Sultan was awesome and answered all questions, helped with choosing frames etc and made sure insurance was explained.

I stopped in this afternoon to get my glasses tightened. Sultan was super helpful and friendly! He explained all of the adjustments he was making and made sure my glasses were a great fit.
