I visited Pearl Vision to get eyeglasses for my daughter. The service was excellent, and I want to especially mention Moriah, who was very helpful and professional throughout the process. Highly recommended!
The service is terrible; the receptionists treat you horribly and don't follow up on patient records. You ask to speak to their supervisors, but they don't connect you and they don't answer your calls. And if they don't like you, the attention they give you is terrible. I never want to return to this clinic or endure this mistreatment again. Appointments are evaluated every year, and it took almost two years before I could get an appointment for my 8-year-old son.Customer service is awful; they don't follow up with patients, and on top of that, I called to... I asked why they were doing this to me, to ask for explanations, and I was ignored at all times. The people who are supposed to be serving the community are not providing that service.
This is the worst glasses store I have ever been to in my entire life. First off, the service is slow, and they do not keep regular hours. I purchased a pair of glasses here. After a couple weeks, the lenses started cracking right where it screws into the frame on both sides. I am very careful with my glasses, and felt strongly that this was an issue with the glasses themselves. I did not do anything rough with the glasses. I made sure to ask the professionals at the store if they felt there was any issue with the structure, or the frame that could cause the cracks. They told me nothing was wrong with anything except the lenses. I was told that I must have just cracked them on accident - fine I'll just pay for new lenses. I guess I should have gotten the warranty. That's on me. I get the new lenses in - within two weeks they crack in the SAME EXACT SPOT. This location makes horrible glasses. It's not worth the money, time or effort. I never leave google reviews, but this was so bad I absolutely needed to. Please spare yourselves. I have been to other Pearl Vision locations that were totally fine - this one is NOT. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.
