Pearle Vision

They need to train their front desk staff better. I called in and spoke with Kaitlyn / Kailyn and she was incredibly rude and acted as though me calling in and asking a question was a huge inconvenience. My doctor is wonderful but that staff member makes me think about going somewhere more friendly.

I was having a horrible day today. My glasses had broke and they were my only pair. I went into Pearle Vision on Lst, I was greeted with a warm smile. I had explained to Alicia what happened to my glasses. She reassured me Addy & Karen would help to see if they could get my glasses back together. While they were working on my glasses, Alicia helped me pick out a new pair. I found one I liked and the lady’s helped me purchase them with ease. They were even able to fix my glasses just enough to get me by until my new pair comes in. They were totally awesome!! I would highly recommend Pearle Vision! Way to go ladies!!! 👏👏👏

I always have a great experience at this Pearle Vision location. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr. Schieffer is great and talked to me about all my options. My tech Carmen is always helpful as well! Taylor helped me pick out the best frames, and it all took less than an hour. Would recommend!

Dr. Robinson and Aleisha were super nice! They were very welcoming from the start. They both thoroughly explained each and every step of the exam process as they performed it. I felt confident they knew that they were doing and had my best interest in mind. When I was done I didn’t feel pressured to buy frames from them but I know I have that option if I choose. I would love to come back for my future exams!
