Dr. Bokemper is incredibly thorough each time I visit for my eye exam. Her beside manner is warm and she is very patient. I never feel rushed to make a decision between "1 or 2" until I know which one feels better for me. I have a health condition that warrants extra attention to the eyes and she is always takes my concerns seriously. Additionally, despite years of complaints with double vision, I had never been evaluated for Convergence Insufficiency until I saw Dr. Bokemper. She had me in prism glasses within two weeks and it has greatly improved my quality of life. Everyone at the office is always very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

I was in from out of town and found myself in an eyewear pickle. The staff was able to accommodate me immediately, and were very friendly and understanding. I really appreciate their help.

I had reservations about having my eye exam done (as i have had other exam places that just push you through with hardly a word) but I was met with friendly experienced (Laura) assistant manager. The optometrist (Laura Bokemper) was so nice and very helpful and informative about my exam. She was concerned about my eye orbit bruising after an auto accident i had 3 days earlier and took extra time to make sure there was no fractures that would interfere with my sight. Explicitly explained her process and left me with the ease that I was taken really good care of. I was very pleased with everything from beginning to end.

Every time I come in I'm treated extremely well. They answer all my questions, fix anything or make adjustments as needed, and lay out every option and its costs honestly. Best place I've ever been for eyecare.
