My son and I went today as first time patients and also the first vision appointment for my son. The lobby is very bright and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the eye doctor and the technician were beyond amazing. They answered all of my questions and genuinely cared about our experience. I would highly recommend!
Very very very happy with them! I had an emergency with my eye. They were booked out but were still able to fit me in very fast. With eye pain, they made it a great experience and were able to get the tiny object out of my eye. I’m very grateful for the great experience! Thank you!
I went to Clear Vision on 7/13/26 for the first time ever. I have been experiencing my vision rapidly deteriorating over the course of approximately 9ish months or so, since I had went to Stanton Optical for an exam last. After getting glasses with the script they gave me, I noticed that they didn't make things better for me vision wise, something was just off. I unfortunately put this off as it wasn't bad at first. Something happened to me a few days before that made me realize my vision was far worse than I was admitting and I decided I needed to get in ASAP. I called so many places and no one could get me in, until I called Clear Vision. I am also a type ll diabetic so I've learned quickly that I need to be seen by someone works with diabetic patients. I went in and was late due to my horrible eye sight as I couldn't find their office initially, but when I called, the girl that answered was so calming and reassuring that I was fine and helped me find my way as I was so embarrassed. The intern who took me through the process and did my initial testing was sooo friendly, so patient with me and just overall the best person I could have ever come across in my time where I'm feeling panicked and vulnerable, due to how poor my eye sight has gotten. When I then saw Dr.Bateman, he was also so through it seemed, educated and confident in what he was finding out about my eye sight and I really appreciated that in that moment. Come to find out, I have cataracts at only 41years old and need surgery to correct this. This was pretty upsetting but they really were so kind to me during the entire process, so I will be going back and I will stay a patient of theirs after my cataracts are removed. Thank you for everything you all did for me last Thursday, I never write reviews so that should show how much I really would refer them to anyone in need of a good eye doctor and staff 👁💛
Best eye care in the city. I see Dr Bell, and she’s both empathetic and kind. She listens carefully and is sharp as a tack! My husband sees Dr Drew and he has the same comments about his care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else; their tech and entire staff is high quality. Love this place and look forward to my eye appointments!
Wow! What an amazing clinic! Everyone was so friendly and treated you like family. Dr. Bateman and his staff did an EXCELLENT job explaining the purpose of each test and the results. They also spent time getting to know me and answer any questions I had. I was also very impressed with all the communication and very easy process to reserve “Try on” frames and fitting of those frames. Highly recommend this clinic!!!
