Eyecare Specialties - Superior St

Eyecare Specialty on Superior street is not at all customer oriented, especially the optical section. I am not at all happy with the customer service or the way things are handled. The optical department is poorly managed—you have to wait for a long time and constantly follow up yourself, yet you still don’t get clear or concrete answers to your questions. And missed my order and when followup ised to get unexpected answers and put on lab etc., The optical quality is also not great considering the high prices. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Avoid if possible.

I am very pleased with the thorough eye examination that I received from Dr Stilles and his staff. I needed to schedule an appointment very soon to check the slow healing after an eye surgery procedure three weeks before. The staff was extremely helpful in re- arranging Dr.Stilles schedule in order to see me only one day after I called.

The staff is really friendly and helpful in explaining your eye care needs!! At no time did I feel rushed!

I highly recommend this clinic! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived and the check in process was very easy. I had done my check-in online, so that definitely helped, but nonetheless, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly during check-in. My eye exam was a wonderful experience, as well! Very knowledgeable team that is caring, engaging, and helpful. And choosing my frames was actually enjoyable! I had a wide variety of frames to choose from and the gal that helped me was very patient with me in choosing frames and helpful in explaining insurance benefits, as well. I got my glasses in just under two weeks. Highly recommend!

I’ve been waiting 53 days for just lenses for my glasses. I’ve called multiple times to inquire about the status. For the last 3 weeks I only get the voice mail. Now they are not even calling back. I have NOT been rude at all but am losing my patience with the lack of communication. I am concerned that my prescription will change before I get these because it’s been so long.
