It has been 3 months and I have had to order my lenses 3 times because everytime something is wrong. First the prescription was wrong, then they did haven’t the transition shades that I paid for….hopefully third time is the charm but I was told there would be a rush because of the whole situation but it’s been almost 3 weeks. My guess is the lab messed up again and they had to send them back and reorder. As far as I can tell the orders they have put in have been correct they have also been nice during this and given me a bit of a refund but whatever lab they use is messing up way to often. I have never struggled this much to get a pair of glasses. Doctor was nice, exam was good, scheduling was easy, I was disappointed by the small selection of frames but ultimately found ones I like.

My mother was treated very poorly by the front staff. The lady who was helping her talked down to her and made her feel small and stupid. The lady originally told my mother that her glasses would cost almost 500$ because of the specific lenses she needed. When we asked for ways to lower the price the lady was very snotty and started speaking to my mother like she was stupid. I specifically asked if there was a way to get the cost down to 100$, since that’s what I paid and I have similar vision problems and needed the same type of lenses. She then proceeded to tell me that I had single vision lenses and that’s why mine were so “cheap” (I do not have single vision lenses nor did I get my glasses through their system). I told her that wasn’t correct and she corrected me again about my own glasses that she does not have any actual knowledge of. I told my mother that we could get them from somewhere else and the lady said that no matter where we go it would still be expensive. I called the optical that I got mine from and they quoted $95 for my mom’s glasses through them. I’m giving them 2 stars because my mother said the eye doctor that did her exam was amazing and explained everything to her very well.

I originally gave a 5 star review but I'm changing it to 1 star because there's actually only one competent employee here in addition to the doctors, and that's Lauren. If Lauren isn't helping you with the stuff the doctor doesn't do? Leave. Nobody else knows what they're doing and we've been waiting two weeks for my spouse's glasses that weren't ordered to come in. And they lost my spouse's chart and failed to order the trial contacts my spouse has been waiting for.

Love Dr. "Colonel" Sanders! Super great guy, very thorough and honest. Staff was also very helpful in helping me pick out glasses.

I was in need of a repair for my glasses and was delighted by the experience. Lauren helped me from start to finish and made sure that everything was taken care of. She informed me in great detail and made sure there was no misunderstanding. Absolutely loved the customer experience, would recommend for anyone who needs glasses or repairs.
