Dr. Adam Cieslinski is spectacular. Not only did Dr. Adam conduct a quick and painless eye exam; they also displayed a laudable degree of kindness and conscientiousness in the way they handled my legal name change. (The name on my insurance card hadn't been updated, so the folks at the front desk had a tough time matching me to my insurance.) It's regrettably rare to have a doctor who treats me this respectfully as a nonbinary person. HIGHLY recommend to all trans/nb folks in the area.

I had my eye check back in October., 2025 that took a month to get my trials as RECOMMENDED by the eye Dr. Because it's not my old brand, it's WAY more expensive even with insurance. The trials were good BUT I don't like the price since it was too unaffordable. I was promised by the Front Office person that I will get another trial with the brand I want which was Nov. Up to this date (12/14), no trials on hand. BUT kept on pushing me to buy the expensive brand. AND, not only that, I'm supposed to get the rebate BUT they're trying to hack me with the $200 rebate. If you can afford their prices, go for it! They will try their BEST and sweet talk to get you to buy anything and pay for much higher price! That's BUSINESSMEN, they also get percentage out of the sales. They're not only pushy, liars, over priced, incompetents, BUT HACKERS, too!! Don't ever go here!!!!!! They deserved 1 star or zero star !!
It was my first visit & I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. I've never had such a thorough eye appointment done & I've worn eyewear for 25+ years. Very kind & caring. Definitely will be a returning patient!
My son broke his glasses on Christmas Day and didn’t have a backup pair. We had a flight scheduled for 12/27 for an 8-day family vacation, and the doctor’s office where we originally got his glasses was closed. I stopped into Pearl Vision hoping they could repair the frames so we could enjoy our trip headache-free. Unfortunately, the plastic frames couldn’t be repaired—but the staff immediately jumped in to help. They found the perfect replacement frames that fit him even better and were compatible with his existing prescription lenses. They popped the lenses into the new frames, and we were in and out with better-looking, more comfortable glasses in under 15 minutes. I truly feel like they saved our family vacation. Without his glasses, my son would have had daily headaches. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
Everyone was exceptionally nice from the moment my wife and I walked in. There were many frame options, the appointment itself was relatively quick. Only downside was the time it looks to get them, which was 2 weeks, which wouldn't have been bad at all if my old glasses hadn't been glued together. Altogether good experience, will be coming back to get my wife's pair. EDITED as of 4/1/2025: I had to get a replacement due to the frame stretching out as soon as it was adjusted, which took another 2 weeks (I guess expedited shipping wasn't an option..). Got a whole different brand. When I asked for my new Ray Bans to be adjusted, the person helping me looked as if I had grown multiple heads and seemed exasperated. I had them quickly "adjusted". I have had them for ~2 weeks now and they are stretched beyond being able to comfortably wear them. And I don't wear them while asleep, on my head, or am hard on them. They simply do not fit anymore unless I move the entire arm over. Per their policy, they don't offer refunds. Very strange issue considering I've been a glasses wearer for over 20 years and have never had this issue in the past. Can't say I'll be returning due to 2 pairs of glasses losing shape in legitimately 20 minutes, and the no refund policy, even though this is at no fault of my own. I'll say the actual doctor who helped me was very nice and they had a large selection of frames, but all in all, there are many other places that probably don't have the same problem happening. EDITED AGAIN AS OF 5/26/26: My glasses are completely non functional without a retainer to hold them in place. I have never had an issue like this in the 20+ years of wearing glasses...no refund, so I'm stuck with a pair of glasses that might as well be a paper weight. If I could give no stars after having been there 6+ times to have the eye exam and get the glasses adjusted, replaced, and adjusted twice more and still end up with glasses that are completely non functional. And I bought Ray Bans, it isn't like I bought their budget frames.
