Dr. Bell was very good, unfortunately I learned she was leaving. The check out process was a different story. I knew I had a $50.00 co pay. When I approached the gal she kept staring at her computer screen after I told her my name. She finally told me to have a seat, they had to contact my insurance company by phone. The Plainwell office never has a problem with my insurance. I waited over 20 minutes, then when she called me back to the counter she said my co pay was 140.00 some dollars. I told her no it's 50.00. She was very snippy and told me I hadn't met my deductible, I told her I didn't have a deductible and she said fine, I'll just bill you if you refuse to pay. I just got the bill and it was 50.00. If I had paid her what she demanded, how long do you think it would have taken to get my money back ? I paid my bill online instantly. I won't be back to that office.
