I want to love this place so bad! The Doctor is amazing! But I continue to have issues with the front desk staff as well as the manager. First, my contacts didn’t get ordered for 3 weeks and I called several times to follow up, being told they were ordered but custom contacts took some extra time. By week 4 I called and had to get snippy and come to find out they were not ordered and I was told it was a clerical error, which is fine, things happened. Then when I finally got my trial contacts and I didn’t care for them and, called the office for a different kind. I got a different kind and was still experiencing discomfort. I called the office again to see if I could get different trials and they told me I would be charged a $60.00 fitting fee? I thought that was the idea of trial contacts, you wear them and if they don’t work you get different ones. Thankfully, the Dr. was able to see me and I got different contact trials and I liked them! They weren’t perfect, but because of my astigmatism they were good enough! Lastly, I was diagnosed with medically dry eyes, after trialing different eye drops, we landed on Cequa. The eye drops were delivered in April, May and June. The eye drops did not get delivered in July, but I had enough for a couple weeks. I started calling the office last week regarding my Cequa prescription, the women I spoke with said the Dr was out Thursday and Friday and would ask her Monday and get back to me. She also told me she had trial Cequa I could stop and pick up. Which was great, but I live 45 mins away. She also gave me an 855 number to call, which was unhelpful. I called yesterday and today to follow up and the status was unknown. The women I spoke with today told me the lady who handles Cequa is out today and she would follow up with her tomorrow. I explained again my eyes were hurting, even worse today. I transferred to this Provider because I had heard great things and the reviews were stellar! For me personally it has not been a good experience overall!! Like I said, the Dr is great but it seems like there may be issues at the front desk.
