Rx Optical

I’m so glad I went to Rx Optical. The doctors there have excellent customer services skills. It has been a while since I went to the eye doctor and had insurance but Lisa at the front desk, broke down my insurance policy for me and informed me what I eligible for and helped me find the perfect lenses! 10/10 I recommend anyone looking for new lenses to go here and don’t be afraid to ask questions, the doctors here are all very helpful 😊

I have a very energetic 2-year-old goldendoodle who has gotten ahold of my glasses more times than I can count he’s destroyed my frames at least 4 or 5 times. Every single time, Trish and Elle have come through for me. These two young ladies have truly been lifesavers. They consistently go above and beyond, finding a way to help even when it feels impossible. They don’t just do their job they solve problems, and that makes all the difference. I genuinely appreciate their patience, kindness, and dedication. Thank you both for making my life easier. You ladies absolutely rock!

Dr. Parker was great. My negative review is more about the woman who "helped" me after my exam. I informed her I was going to purchase frames and lenses online, due to the high cost of in-store (Luxottica are vampires, not my fault). Her mood cooled considerably after this. When I asked for my pupillary distance, she stated that they don't give that out because "they can be held liable for incorrectly made lenses". Basically end of discussion. Her demeanor was more or less outwardly hostile from this point on. Needless to say, I would advise going anywhere but here.

Himeni was wonderful to work with for my exam. I had a virtual visit with the Dr and that was easy and comprehensive. Amanda, at the desk was very pleasant. Overall, it was a very good visit!

Very through exam and great conversation with Dr. Parker. Lovely experience with Elle, answered all my questions and helped me find the add ons I needed with the best looking glasses I wouldn't have picked by myself. Best experience ever.
