I dropped my glasses and they needed to be adjusted so I bought them in. The person helping me made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. They were not able to fix my glasses , so a new pair are currently being made at no cost to me. Eyemart Express rocks.
This was the first time I had ever been to Eyemart Express. And I was sincerely impressed! From the very thorough eye exam, to the personal assistance Laura gave me and picking out my frames, The customer service was excellent! And my glasses came in, in 7 days, (I wear progressives). And I can't believe how perfect the prescription in the lenses are! The last place I was at had to fix the prescription in the lenses a couple times before getting it right. These were perfect on the first try! I will highly recommend to Eyemart Express. Thank you! Thank you!
The staff was very nice. As well as the eye exam personnel. The overall experience with getting the eye exam and purchasing glasses went very well. This is a busy store so you will need to be patient and wait for your turn to talk with an optician. They will take the time you need to get your glasses right. Thanks to the staff for all your help.
Even though the store was under staffed, the service was great. Everyone had a smile, were extremely pleasant and totally focused on the customer they were helping at the time. My mother’s glasses were ready in less than an hour and were perfect! I highly recommend the Portage, MI store!
From the exam to choosing glasses I was treated very well. I particularly appreciated Megan and all of her help and patience!!! She is awesome!
