Would give more than 5 stars if able. If all brick and mortar stores did business the way Pearle vision in Ardmore at suburban Square did business then online stores would not be a threat. Tina was amazing. Was looking for a pair of prescription sunglasses. She went out of her way to help me maximize my vision insurance plan and also helped pick out frames and lenses with true interest and patience. Sunglasses arrived exactly as expected in a timely fashion. Just so impressed by the customer service. Will come back here for all my vision needs. Truly above and beyond customer service. Rare to find this kind of professional caring in this day and age .

I work in Ardmore and never have time to fit in getting new glasses (have had my old pair for 12 years) and the experience when I walked in the door at this store was wonderful! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and made the whole experience effortless. My appointment was seamless and my glasses came in so quick. Highly recommend coming here for all your glasses, contacts, and eye exam needs!

Had a great experience at Pearle Vision getting my new glasses. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process — from the eye exam to choosing frames. They took the time to answer questions and made sure everything fit comfortably before I left. The selection of frames was excellent, and the whole experience felt professional and efficient. Really happy with my new glasses and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and eyewear.

We were getting glasses for the first time with my teenage daughter and struggling with style and fit in other stores. We went to Pearle Vision in Ardmore and Tina helped us right away giving us so many options, all different prices and all making my daughter (who was not happy at all about getting glasses) smile the biggest smile ever. We settled on glasses that with insurance cost us $8! I highly recommend Tina to help you find a style that is right for your face. THANK YOU, TINA! You are the best.

Dr Jack is great answered all my questions without rush. The staff was cool as well. The lady in the back with Dr Jack let my daughter help and watch during my eye tests.
