Be very careful what the sales person charges you. We have insurance which covers frames for $200. The older sales person said our insurance does not cover and charged the full amount because It’s a special design frame (nonsense). He also charged higher amounts on polish when specifically asked for non-high gloss. He said the lab cannot do the lower gloss polish. Our bill was over $800. On top of it all he did not even bothered to change the name of the customer. We ended up going to another optical shop and saved $400 where they applied our insurance benefits correctly. When we went back for issues, he was very quick to refund us the credit card purchase.

I’ve been getting my glasses here since i was in middle school, the quality is great and the people are super nice.

My dad came here and it was a great experience. This time around, it was outstanding. Tim helped me get fitted for my glasses. This is probably my first real pair because the last were just reading glasses and they diid not fit properly. Tim answered all the questions I had about getting the right pair for me, he made sure I understood what progressive lenses were, he drew pictures for me and showed me some lenses and it was all so helpful and I am really happy with what I’m getting. I can’t wait to get them and looking forward to using them frequently. I’m getting a great pair of glasses. Tim is awesome!! Thank you so much for being so helpful, patient and kind!

The customer service is exceptional here. They repaired my twisted frames in less than 10 minutes.

If I could give them more stars, I would. Tim was so knowledgeable and caring. You can't find this just anywhere. We knew we were in good hands. I can't recommend this place enough.
