Absolutely love coming to Pearl Vision for my annual eye exam. This is my second time bringing my children and the first time they needed glasses. The exam was very thorough. One child is near sighted and the other far sided. We then went next door and Rebecca immediately helped us out. She was kind & helped my kids pick out the right pair even though they went through most of the supply and took about 30 minutes! She was very patient, thoughtful, and helped me pick my new frames as well. Ultimately we all went with her recommendation! Thank you so much Rebecca for your excellence from start to finish! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. This office is incredibly efficient, and their entire process is smooth, organized, and stress-free. From check-in to check-out, everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed. Dr Birkmann was not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but also genuinely funny and personable, which made the whole visit enjoyable and relaxing. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about patient comfort. Hands down one of the best eye care experiences I’ve ever had. I bought a pair of progressive glasses at this Pearle vision location many moons ago. They are now my work glasses. They worked great. But the service after the sale is the best around. They will adjust my glasses or other glasses I purchased elsewhere. I recently had another pair where the lenses became loose and popped out. My boutique location where I purchased the glasses would not service them after a year. Wow, Pearle did a great job adjusting and tightening the glasses, plus cleaning them. Shout out to Ms Hailey. Great service. One of the best places in Georgetown.

I love Pearle Vision. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Birkmann is great. He's very thorough and listens when you tell him about the problems you're having with your eyes. The store is clean and well arranged. The staff is helpful when choosing frames. They are all very knowledgeable when fitting the glasses.
