I would not leave any stars if I could. The employees are very unorganized and don’t know what they are doing. I made my first appointment for glasses and contacts lens exam, looking for a saturday. They booked me dor a satirday but guess what? The day that I arrived I was told the doctor attending did not perform the contacts exam. Had to come another day and pay a second visit fee which at first no one knew what to charge me. I ordered contacts lenses, was told to come and pick them up. When I arrived another employee said I couldn’t pick up my order because the doctor had to see me first so I had to make another appointment. The experience here has been very dissapointing and frustrating.

If I could put zero stars I would. They ruined my eyes. They are the worst place I have ever been to.

The location on the map is not correct. It is in the Catalinas Mall at the northeast end. Received excellent service in an emergency. Glasses done in less than an hour. Big shoutout to Mr. Miguel Alvarez who was amazingly helpful!

Picking out glasses is overwhelming but The Catalina Mall Caguas whole crew Jose Angel & Dr Ortiz listened made it a fun & easier time. & I can know see perfectly & stylin with the Versace I recommend them highly & will be there next year

Great customer service, all the personnel were very helpful and the Dr. was very kind and oriented to the explanation of my condition. Highly recommended!!!
