I ordered Vogue prescription sunglasses from this optical store and, unfortunately, the size has been an issue from day one. They look and feel more like a size L. I wear a hijab, and at first I managed, so I didn’t notice the problem right away. But now, especially when I wear a looser hijab, the sunglasses slip off very easily—even while driving. It feels like I was handed a product that wasn’t the right fit, which is disappointing. I don’t understand why the store handed over the wrong size, especially when proper fitting is so important for sunglasses. It’s frustrating because the product doesn’t fit well at all, and I’ve become increasingly dissatisfied with it over time. I expected better attention to detail when selecting the right size for customers. Aside from this sizing issue, everything else about the store and service was good.

I brought in a pair of broken glasses that needed to be fixed. Devon was extremely helpful, polite and caring and was able to to fix the bow and arm of the glasses. She is so sweet and very helpful. Thank Devon.

Don't know how my glasses ended on the floor but I stepped on them. Having to travel the next day I asked Devon for help. She most graciously helped me and refused to charge me for the service. Being in the service industry I can appreciate quality but mostly genuine and from the heart service. I will be getting my next pair from Devon mostly that they had a couple very nice ones and one that I really like.

1000/10 service. Lisa greeted me when I walked in and helped me pick out new glasses. She went above and beyond by checking my insurance coverage, helping me choose glasses that fit my face, and making sure I got the best deal possible! Will definitely come back and would recommend this place to others.
