The best optometry experience I have ever had. Everyone working at this branch is absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable. Dr.Kepner explained everything perfectly and made sure I understood what was going on with my eyes. 10/10 been telling all my family and friends to go here

This location provides absolutely FANTASTIC service! Had an emergency where my old frames of 3 years broke (see pic), and I walked in and Kathy G. (30 yrs experience) took AWESOME care of me. She had my old lenses in new frames in less than 30 minutes! (See my new frames below) The customer service and personal touch at this location make it STAND OUT from the rest. If you have the insurance to get frames and lenses from here ... DO IT. You'll not regret it. I'm one VERY SATISTIFIED customer :-D
Love this store!! So many frames to pick from and all the designers we know and love. Dr. Kepner did a very thorough eye exam on me and explained some things I didn’t know about eyes!! She is very patient, knowledgeable and has a very engaging personality. Rick was very patient with me, as I took a long time picking a frame. He was very knowledgeable in helping me to pick a frame that would be flattering for my face shape. He was right on point with each pair I tried on!! Wish I could’ve bought them all, because it was very hard to choose!! Thank you both for a wonderful experience. I will be back!! :)
Awful service. I met with them on April 4, 2026 for a prescription and eyeglasses. Today is July 21, 2026. I still haven't received my glasses, and they refused to give me the prescription to get them someplace else.
