Maite was fantastic! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to help our whole family find the right glasses and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable. We never felt rushed, and her recommendations were spot on. We truly appreciated her expertise and great customer service. Highly recommend asking for Maite!

Couldn’t catch their names so will just describe. A short hair girl with rounded thin framed glasses is very patient and helpful with adjusting my glasses as well as knowledgeable with insurance coverage. I’ve also been helped a lot by a girl with her hair covered, also patient, nice and knowledgeable. One long blonde(?) hair girl was ok, not very patient with adjusting the frame, and a few others I haven’t interacted with. Overall pretty good experience glasses selection-wise. Tried eye exam once, was ok but not as good an experience as I had elsewhere.

Maddie helped me this afternoon. She is an excellent example of how Customer Service should be done. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. She had a store full of customers but didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. A great asset.

SO, MY HUSBAND AND I WENT IN AND ORDERED GLASSES AND A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES EACH. SPENDING ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS ON THESE FOUR PAIRS OF GLASSES. MINE CAME IN FIRST. MY REGULAR GLASSES I STOPPED EVEN TRYING TO WEAR AFTER ALMOST TWO WEEKS BECAUSE MY EYES WOULDNT ADJUST TO THEM. TOOK THEM IN AND AM TOLD THEY ARE NOT THE CORRECT SCRIPT. NO WHERE NEAR CORRECT. SO, WE ARE GETTING THEM REPLACED. MY RAY BAN SUNGLASSES LENSES DO NOT FIT THE FRAMES PROPERLY SO WAITING FOR REPLACEMENTS THERE. MY HUSBANDS SUNGLASSES CAME MESSED UP FROM THE LAB. NONE OF THESE THREE SETS SHOULD HAVE EVER MADE IT PASSED QUALITY CHECKS AT THE LAB AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT AT THE STORE AT THE LEAST. SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER SHE IS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH NOW AND SHE THINKS ITS OK TO ASK US TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK. I HAVE WORN GLASSES FOR YEARS AND HAD FAMILY IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING GLASSES AND I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED ISSUES LIKE THESE. THESE FOLKS COULD HAVE DONE DAMAGE TO MY EYES ASKING ME TO WEAR THE WRONG SCRIPT LIKE THEY DID.

This is my go to for anything and all eye related! I love wearing glasses and taking care of my eyes and Maite is the BEST! She sincerely is so patient explaining any questions I may have including recently having to get progressives. And the different frames shaped and materials. She is just so great. If Pearl was an hour away I’d make the drive without question.
