The staff is really nice and seems knowledgeable. I purchased a pair of glasses and expressed that they didn’t seem right. After wearing them a week, I spoke with an employee and we agreed that a new pair of lenses would be ordered at no expense to me, to see if that would fix my issue. We were thinking that perhaps measurement for bifocals could be incorrect. That was on 6/9/26 that I was told they would be ordered. I checked back 6/25/26 and they still hadn’t received them. It’s 7/20/26 and I haven’t a single word from them. Now it’s too late to do anything about my glasses. It’s been two months since getting them and I don’t think I should still be nauseous when first putting them on. I’ve never had issues like this before.
The customer service from everyone was really good, but the actual eye doctor was not friendly. He wasn’t rude, just a flat personality & no people skills. The absolute worst part about the experience was the amount of daily text messages I received up until the appointment. No reason for the excessive amount.
Amazing! We love the beautiful building. All the employees working there are professionals and knowledgeable. Please check this out. Your eyes will be amazed, your heart ❤️ will be warm with pearle✨️ vision.
My exam was thorough and efficient. Getting in was easy. With that said, I've waited more than a month for my glasses. Had to return them because the lense was affecting my vision. No issues there. EXCEPT, it's been three weeks. I received text that they were ready, I went and they had my information but wrong glasses altogether. It was exactly one month to the date at this point. I've called and left voicemails and hadn't received any response. I have to go in person just to be constantly told that they don't know and will let me know. I have been nothing but kind and respectful with them. Not once have I ever spoken out of turn. At this point I realize that my kindness isn't getting me anywhere. I've contacted their company, my insurance and I just hope that my children don't go through the same thing as myself. This is more than aggravating.
