I went to this Waterford branch out of necessity a year ago after it was recommended by a coworker of mine. Every interaction I had with reception, technician, and doctor felt like a chore. I was, without having asked or seeking out, greeted on my first visit with a explicit warning from the receptionist about something I cannot even remember. The entire atmosphere and team attitude just felt... off to me. I know from work experience that dental offices can be terrible, but an eye exam office? Really? Is this we're at today? Talk about an existential crisis! I do not recommend, unless you have an absolute emergency. The team was competent in their jobs but unpleasant to work with on the patient side.

I must say that despite the previous reviews, my experience was exemplary. True consumer focused Eyecare. Convenient scheduling, friendly personable staff some swag to boot. I'll be back. Try them for yourself, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I get all of my glasses at Waterford Pearle Vision. The staff is always very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Every person that I encountered at this practice was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, from the Dr. to the administrative staff and the eyeglass technician, couldn't have asked for a better visit. The eye exam itself was seamless and educational. The eyeglass selection was fantastic. Have already recommended this practice to others.

Poor customer service! My appointment was canceled after I had confirmed it, and they told me that they don’t receive the confirmation responses. Immediately the blame was placed on me for not responding. Very unprofessional.
