So impressed with Pearle Vision, Alamo! I was in search of nice prescription readers and was pleasantly surprised with the professional, efficient, friendly customer service provided by Judy. I was on a lunch break but because Judy took the time to look at various frames, offering her honest opinion on how the frames did or did not complement my features, and worked with me to find not one, but 2 pairs that I genuinely loved. She then worked with me on pricing, etc. I've worked in the health insurance industry for 20+ years and have coverage with another carrier but because of the customer experience I decided to complete the sale with Judy and Stephanie who was also so helpful and ensured I received my new frames so quickly! Judy and Stephanie make a great team and am so thrilled to have a nice vision place in Alamo! They have a range of options and styles to select from and various price points! Highly recommend!

My experience was excellent! The customer service was exceptional from the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted by all 3 of the staff that were on the floor! Stephanie helped me through the process - from preparation for my eye exam to picking out glasses. This is always such a daunting task and she was fabulous! So much so I bought 4 pair ! Judy and Leah the other two staff - were also fabulous in helping me with my choices. It was so nice to have NO pressure sales people that actually knew what they were talking about! You would never know that this store had just opened! I will always recommend the Pearle Vision store in Alamo! Ask for Stephanie, Judy or Leah! So excited to have found them.

We were so excited when we saw this Pearle Vision pop up in our neighborhood and realized it was covered under our insurance. I took my 12 year old there for his new glasses. He has a very tricky prescription that they figured out right away. The store is light, bright and clean. Every specialist helping us was so friendly and patient. They told us it would be 2 weeks, but it only took 1 week. And the price!!! This was way less than we have ever spent on glasses. I highly recommend Pearle Vision in Alamo.

I am so happy - Dr. Beverly Jue-Smith is here! I have been going to Dr. Smith for over 20 years and have been looking for her since she left her previous practice. I will never go see any eye doctor but her. Finally I found her!! And what a beautiful practice she is in now. Like always, she takes the time to make sure my prescription is just right and makes sure I am comfortable. Inside the Pearle Vision, everything looks new and modern. I took the pre-appointment surveys, which saved me time before getting to the appointment. The opticians were so friendly and helpful. I hate choosing frames by myself, but they were so helpful in making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had in an optometry office. Dr. Smith and the staff at Pearle Vision certainly know how to make someone feel at ease with their care and pleased with their experience. I can’t wait for my next appointment in six months!

I walked in completely off the street just to enquire about an eye exam, as I hadn't had one in over 20 years, and the small print was starting to get harder to read. What can I say. From the moment I walked in the door, to picking out my glasses, my experience was of the highest quality. The optician, Dr. Beverly Smith was amazing, so knowledgeable, and had a holistic approach to eye care. I can't recommend this place enough and have told everyone I know about it. Thank you for everything, I love my glasses and am taking steps to improve my eye health as recommend.
