We were on a family vacation when I ended up with a painful corneal abrasion, and finding care away from home was a little intimidating. From the moment I walked into Pearle Vision, everyone made me feel comfortable. Dr. Joseph quickly diagnosed my eye, explained everything clearly, and placed a bandage contact lens that gave me so much relief while my eye healed. I came back two days later for my follow-up, and my eye was already healing well. I really appreciated how thorough, kind, and reassuring she was throughout the entire experience. I also want to recognize the wonderful staff at the front desk. They were so friendly and welcoming, and when I came back for my follow-up, they recognized me as soon as I walked in and immediately asked how I was feeling. It may seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to me and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients. I’m so grateful I found this office while I was away from home. Thank you to Dr. Joseph and the entire team for making a stressful situation so much easier.

I like the doctor that saw me on this visit, much better than the previous one at this Pearle. I know they rotate. I never have to wait long here and also this new doctor referred me to a clinic for my dry issue which I appreciate - no one has done that until now

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a Vision Center. All of the staff were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Being nice and caring really goes a long way nowadays.. thank you so much to Pearle Vision Cartersville!!

Once you get done pick glasses the tiny selection of affordable they then tell u that will be 250 not counting the glasses because insurance paid that. I paid for the exam and cost of the contracts 110. I walk over and look at glasses he goes that will be 259. Too much two prices in one room. I was so happy to finally get my exam taken care of but so upset I kept being told 2 more prices. You don't need to be so expensive.

I have been going to this Dr for well over 15 years. They have always been great until today. I called today for a scheduling issue and the young lady that answers phones. She needs a lesson on customer service. She didn’t want to listen to my concern but kept repeating the same thing over and over and by the end of the call I was ready to change Dr. Luckily I had my wife call back and the man that answered was great. He was understanding and he explained why the Dr was not going to be in tomorrow and he rescheduled us. The young lady needs to find something else to do.
