I had such a great experience at Pearle Vision! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I arrived early for my appointment and they were kind enough to take me early, which I really appreciated. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful… from the front desk staff, to the doctor, to the associate who helped me order my glasses. Elim was especially exceptional. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to demo the features of the Meta glasses for me and made everything easy to understand. He also went above and beyond the next day when I changed my mind from the shiny black frames to matte black because I’m indecisive lol. He made the switch seamless and was so kind about it. Overall, such a positive experience and I highly recommend this location!

The clinic attended to us immediately with exceptional care. They quickly resolved my husband’s vision problem and reassured us that there was no sign of a possible infection. Their professionalism, compassion, and prompt attention gave us great peace of mind.

This review is intended for the office staff and not for Dr. Moran. I had an appointment with Dr. Moran last December and I liked him. I also liked the staff I worked with last year — they were nice and helpful. This time, I made an appointment for my friend, who is on disability. I filled out the form for him online using their link, clearly marking “NO” to all unnecessary tests. In December of last year, no one pushed me to get retinal pictures or have my eyes dilated, so I didn’t expect them to push these on him. My friend ended up getting the eye pictures done for $39 instead of using dilating drops. The staff member mentioned something about a Florida statute from the summer of 2025 that supposedly requires these pictures or dilation. However, when I had my appointment in December 2025, I was never asked or pressured to do either and no govt statute will tell me what I need to get done. While I was talking to my friend about his glasses options, the lady helping him interrupted and said we are two different people and that his needs are different from mine — as if I needed her to butt in to hear that. Another lady with an accent interrupted me to back up her employee. Someone needs to teach them basic manners. I hate it when businesses push unnecessary services or anything else just to make extra money.

Dina and Elim are the best!! After my appointment with The wonderfulDr. Stone The optics team took care not only of my glasses selection, but also how to work through my insurance the best way possible ! The only thing I think that would enhance my wonderful experience was if Dina had business cards to share with my friends and family!

Overall great experience! Starting with Brandon, who got my exam started with the scans, was very informative and personable. Dr. Moran did a great job explaining the scans and the health of my eyes. You can tell how passionate he is about eye care. Then there was Elim. What a great experience it was picking out frames. I have visited other vision centers other than Pearl Vision and they just let you wonder around looking for frames then looking for someone to assist you with questions. Not here! Elim was with me every step of the way with open and honest advice. Elim was very friendly and patient. 110% recommend this Pearl Vision!
